I fear if I say a word right now, the tears will begin and they will not stop until I fall apart completely. So I hold them inside, as tightly as I can until........??

The fog is lifting and I can see!
Perfect. Something I've spent my life trying to be. Something I can't seem to accept that I am not. Can't accept my own humanity really. My youth was dominated by abuse....mental, emotional, physical and sexual. I am an addict....formerly of shopping, sex, internet obsession, SI cutting and presently struggling with an eating disorder. This is my continued journey in hope of healing.
